Food is a universal language that lets me transcend borders and bring people together. I love experimenting with new flavors and ingredients, and I channel that curiosity into menus that feel joyful, inclusive, and deeply flavorful.
My training and journey
I honed my culinary skills at Wigan College and Salford College. I first learned to cook from a woman named Ivelline—her guidance shaped my foundations and still inspires the way I cook today.
